Great location and excellent facilities. the views from the room were wonderful, and the indoor pool was a great way to relax. the breakfast was fantastic and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The fitness room and sauna were too small for the size of the hotel, which meant they were quite crowded. the WiFi was also frustrating as it kept dropping out and required constant logging in.

We enjoyed the unexpected country location with beautiful vineyards and rooftop views. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the large indoor pool. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was nice.

It was an amazing city break! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay a real pleasure. The location was perfect, as it was easily accessible to the main attractions and restaurants by foot. We particularly enjoyed the on-site restaurant and the delicious food they offered. Additionally, the free parking was a great perk.

Although the service was fantastic, we did find that the staff-to-guest ratio could be improved. There were times when we had to wait a while for service at the bar or during meals. Additionally, the WiFi was a bit finicky and required us to constantly log back in, which was a bit of a hassle. Despite these small issues, we still had a wonderful time and would definitely return!

I stayed at Best Western Hotel Polisina and got great value for my money. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice sized bathroom. The location was convenient, just a 20-minute walk through the village to the center and train station. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service.
